Meet Attorney Robert C. Saidis


Robert C. Saidis is a founding attorney of our law firm and has been very active in the legal community for decades. Mr. Saidis was a founding partner and CEO of a Cumberland County law firm named a U.S. News Best Law Firm for four consecutive years. He was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to both the Disciplinary Board and the Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Saidis has served as the Treasurer of the Cumberland County Bar Association for more than 10 years.

Estate Planning and administration services have been provided to Mr. Saidis’ clients for more than 30 years. Mr. Saidis drafts Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, Living Wills and other more complex estate planning documents. He works with his client’s certified public accountants, financial advisors and other professionals to plan for the appropriate succession of business interests. Upon the loss of a family member, he is available with our paralegals to compassionately settle the estate. His team will handle all the legal matters for the estate including probate, inheritance tax and the orderly disposition of assets. The team removes this burden from the client during this most difficult time.

Mr. Saidis oversees our firm's real estate practice area which includes title insurance and settlements. The firm's attorneys assist hundreds of homebuyers each year with residential real estate settlements and title insurance needs. The real estate practice area also provides advice and counsel on commercial transactions. The firm is in a unique position as it provides all the necessary services in-house including title insurance requirements. Mr. Saidis represents numerous realtors, real estate companies, builders, developers and homeowners associations.

Attorney Saidis has an extensive practice involving small and medium size businesses. His legal experience in business transactional work is highly respected. From acquisitions and business mergers to succession planning, Mr. Saidis advises his clients. He establishes limited liability companies (LLCs), corporations, partnerships and more complex entities. His corporate clients include numerous regional companies and family owned businesses providing a cross section of products and services.

Mr. Saidis’ experience extends to municipal law. He represents the Upper Allen and Hampden Township Zoning Hearing Boards. He was Cumberland County Solicitor for ten years. Other municipal clients include townships, boroughs and governmental consortiums.

Mr. Saidis is one of the few attorneys in Pennsylvania who has been involved with both federal and state workforce development laws. Mr. Saidis is the solicitor to the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association. He represents Workforce Investment Boards, Local Elected Officials, Consortiums and other entities with regard to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act, as well as prior legislation.

Mr. Saidis lives in Upper Allen Township with his wife. They have four grown children.
